*The repair time is a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the device for maintenance (not including the time required to provide the required spare parts).
* Providing rare spare parts within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of ordering the part.
*Commitment to ensuring the quality of maintenance for a period of 30 days.
* Commitment to respond to customer complaints, provide the required data, and update the customer with the complaint process within 3 days. The final response to the complaint will be made within a period not exceeding 15 days.
*All devices sold by us include a warranty...and inspection, receipt and return of the device from the customer for free inside Riyadh...and in the rest of the cities the customer must pay the return costs in the case of periodic maintenance outside the scope of the period renewed by the Ministry of Commerce.
