The Coach Company cooperates with the best manufacturers, and is committed to guaranteeing the quality of workmanship on all electrical appliances for a period of two years and a comprehensive warranty for one year on electrically operated appliances.
General exceptions not covered by the warranty:
- Defects or malfunctions arising due to consumer misuse, non-compliance with instructions for use, negligence, accidents, or actions.
Sabotage , or exposing the product to various weather factors, or maintenance work that does not comply with the product recommendations, or negligence in performing periodic maintenance.
- If the serial numbers have been tampered with, changed, or removed. If any of the device components have been opened and tampered with.
- Costs include only electrically operated sports equipment.
- The warranty does not include transportation expenses from the customer’s location to maintenance and vice versa.
- The costs of sports equipment and equipment or consumable parts are free of charge.
- The warranty does not include damage to the device due to repair performed by unauthorized workshops.
- Periodic inspection of the device, adjusting its operation, and performing periodic maintenance.
- Damage to the device due to accidents, negligence, modifications, use of spare parts that are not from the coach, error in dismantling or installation.
- Damage caused by lightning, water, fire or by others, electrical faults, poor ventilation, or failure to follow the instructions in the device’s manual.
- The coach's responsibility shall not exceed, at most, the actual price paid for the device in the event of agreeing to a special settlement related to indirect damage to the device.
